Your day at NTT DATA

The Associate Payroll Specialist is an entry level subject matter expert, responsible for learning the skills to assist with the accurate processing of payroll.

Leveraging a basic understanding of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and compliance standards, this role ensures that payroll cycles are executed efficiently.

Working closely with the payroll team, this role contributes to resolving inquiries, maintaining payroll records, and assisting in process improvements.

What you'll be doing

Missions :Au sein du service paie et rattaché(e) au responsable paie, vous travaillerez sur une partie du périmètre de l’Ile-de-France, vos missions seront :

Gérer un portefeuille de paie (environ 300 paies)

Participer à l’élaboration des bulletins de paie : Collecter, saisir et contrôler les paies

Saisir et suivre les absences/arrêts de travail (DSN mensuelle) et les dossiers des salariés

Participation à la gestion administrative du personnel (visite médicale, forfait mobilités)

Elaborer des soldes de tout compte et documents afférents

Saisie et commande des tickets restaurants

Procéder aux affiliations mutuelles et prévoyance et au suivi des nouveaux entrants

Créer et mettre à jour les dossiers collaborateurs sur l'outil de paie

Gérer le quotidien de la paie : répondre aux questions des collaborateurs, 

Suivre les IJSS et les indemnités de prévoyance

Ces missions ne sont pas exhaustives et peuvent évoluer en fonction des besoins du service et de l’entreprise

Profil Recherché :

Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e), le sens de la confidentialité et l’esprit d’équipe

Vous êtes à l’aise dans les calculs de temps de travail
