Job Summary
The HR & Payroll Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of the company's payroll while ensuring 100% compliance with Philippine labor laws and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll & Tax Compliance
End-to-End Processing: Execute semi-monthly or monthly payroll, including the calculation of basic pay, overtime (OT), night differential, holiday pay, and de minimis benefits.
13th Month & Bonuses: Ensure the accurate calculation and timely release of the mandatory 13th Month Pay (by December 24) and any performance bonuses.
Final Pay: Process Last Pay for separated employees, including pro-rated 13th month, leave conversions, and tax refunds, ensuring clearance is completed within DOLE-mandated timelines.
