Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time (regular, overtime, adjustments, and deductions)
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, compensation, and benefits data
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions
- Manage timekeeping records, attendance, and leave data for payroll computation
- Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliation for management review
- Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters and employee concerns
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently and confidentially
- Support audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Implement payroll process improvements for accuracy and efficiency
