Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time (regular, overtime, adjustments, and deductions)
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records, compensation, and benefits data
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions
  • Manage timekeeping records, attendance, and leave data for payroll computation
  • Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and reconciliation for management review
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters and employee concerns
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently and confidentially
  • Support audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Implement payroll process improvements for accuracy and efficiency
