Summary RunLoyal, a rapidly growing vertical SaaS company based in Atlanta, GA, is transforming the pet care industry through technology and operational excellence. We are seeking a Manager – People & Culture to design, execute, and scale our HR, hiring, and people operations as we grow.
This role is ideal for someone with 3 – 4 years of experience who has hands-on ownership of recruiting, HR operations, and culture-building in a SaaS or fast-growing product organization. You will work closely with leadership to build a high-performing, values-driven team while ensuring our people processes scale sustainably.
This is a hybrid role based in Coimbatore , requiring regular in-office presence to support hiring, team engagement, and culture initiatives.
