Overview

The HR People Experience Manager contributes to the success of PepsiCo Canada by leading People programs and implementing strategies and policies designed to promote positive employee and labour relations while achieving key business objectives. Reporting to the People Experience Director - West, the position will provide People Leadership across Operations, Warehouse and Delivery for British Columbia based out of our Delta, BC manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate is a People professional with strong business acumen, solid knowledge of labour relations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
