Job Description
As per client request, this position is open only for Nuevo Leon, Mexico, **cannot be remote** due to his hybrid work from home scheme (2 days at home / 3 at the office).
The **HR Planning Analyst** will oversee monitoring monthly expenses compared to budget and forecast by concept. Likewise, generate and keep track of the monthly provisions that are needed, captured in the system. Keep track of internal movements, promotions, leveling, monthly withholdings with observations and comments. Generate and send monthly audits of information on the PS, Payroll and HCM platforms.
