Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with 4+ years of proven expertise in managing core HR operations and driving process excellence.
The role demands attention to detail, knowledge of HR policies and compliance, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
- Ensure accurate employee records on HRMS with strong data management practices.
- Drive background verification, employee documentation, and statutory compliance processes.
- Provide accurate payroll inputs, and manage attendance, leave, and time off records.
- Administer employee benefits, including insurance and mediclaim.
- Ensure timely processing of HR documentation such as letters, contracts, and agreements.
