• Proven experience in organizing and managing large and small-scaleevents.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage communities, both online and
in-person.
• Experience working with vendors, managing contracts, and negotiating
for services.
• Excellent project management, time management, and organizational
skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with an eye for detail.

• Conferences, networking mixers, forums, and pop-ups.


• Lead the end-to-end project management of events from conceptualization to execution and post-event evaluation.


• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, contracts, and on-site coordination to ensure quality service delivery and value for money.


• Drive community engagement across events, social platforms, and online forums, ensuring continuous interaction and participation.


• Develop and implement a calendar of strategic engagement activities that align with the company’s goals.


• Liaise with the Business Development team to identify sponsorship opportunities and support partnership activation at events.


• Design and implement communication and marketing campaigns to drive attendance, participation, and brand awareness.


• Create and manage event-related content across social media, company website, and email platforms.


• Serve as a primary liaison for vendors, sponsors, partners, and community members, ensuring smooth collaboration and strong relationships.


• Monitor, analyse, and report on event performance and community engagement metrics, providing insights for improvement.


• Stay updated on HR trends, event innovations, and community management practices to improve strategy and execution.
