HR Project Analyst

The HR Project Analyst will support the delivery of a range of HR-led projects , including process improvement initiatives, data and reporting enhancements, and the implementation of new HR systems . The role will work closely with HR, IT, and wider business stakeholders to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience across HR processes.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across projects, systems, and data , and who is comfortable operating in a change environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Delivery

• Support the planning and delivery of multiple small to medium HR projects
• Track project milestones, risks, actions, and dependencies
• Prepare project documentation, updates, and reports for stakeholders
• Coordinate activities across HR, IT, and third-party suppliers
• Support system testing, data migration, and implementation activities
