Job Description
The HR Project Analyst will support the delivery of a range of HR‑led projects, including process improvement initiatives, data and reporting enhancements, and the implementation of new HR systems. The role will work closely with HR, IT, and wider business stakeholders to improve efficiency, data quality, and user experience across HR processes.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys working across projects, systems, and data, and who is comfortable operating in a change environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support & Delivery
- Support the planning and delivery of multiple small to medium HR projects
- Track project milestones, risks, actions, and dependencies
- Prepare project documentation, updates, and reports for stakeholders
- Coordinate activities across HR, IT, and third‑party suppliers
- Support system testing, data migration, and implementation activities
