Job Description
Title – HR Project Coordinator
Location: Deerfield, IL (Hybrid)
Schedule: Typically 2 days onsite/week (can vary 1–3 days based on workload)
Pay range- $38/hr- $40.50/hr
Duration: 12 months
Role Overview
Execution‑focused HR Project Coordinator supporting an active HR Transformation program. The role partners with a Project Lead and GBS support team and is heavily involved in meeting coordination, detailed note‑taking, follow‑ups, metrics, dashboards, and leadership presentations. This is not a Technical PM role.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and run meetings/workshops; prepare agendas, take detailed notes, track actions, and drive follow‑ups
Own execution metrics: RAID logs, status reports, milestones, dependencies
Build and maintain leadership‑ready presentation decks (PowerPoint is critical)
Handle EOD reporting and GBS build‑up tracking
Support Workday‑driven HR transformation execution
