• Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' suitability before forwarding them for further interviews.
• Manage applicant tracking systems to ensure a smooth recruitment process and maintain accurate records.
• Negotiate offers with selected candidates ensuring alignment with company policies and budget.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a positive introduction to the company.
• Continuously monitor recruitment patterns and suggest improvements to optimize the hiring process.
