Job Description

**Responsibilities**:
- **Collaboration with Hiring Managers**: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics. Provide guidance on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- **Talent Acquisition Metrics**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities using the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide regular updates on key recruitment metrics to the HR team and management.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, with a focus on US recruitment processes.
- In-depth knowledge of US hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
