Role Description

This is a remote full time role for a Recruiter and People Success Specialist for the LLM Data Annotation team. Role has two parts:

A. The Recruitment and onboarding : managing the fast paced recruitment process, identifying and attracting top talent, supporting the onboarding process.

B. Managing success of the Campaign : Will be additionally managing the Campaigns for the LLM programs. Manage the Customer interactions, work closely with the Recruits to align the work schedules. Ensuring maximum deployment on each campaigns....
