Experience :
Freshers or Atleast 1 year experience in recruitment with some reputed recruitment consultant.
Work Details & Responsibilities
End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.
Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database
Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching passive prospective candidates
Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates
Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely
Effectively built relationship with Employees.
Must be enthusiastic and initiator

Skills required:
Good communications skill in English and Hindi
Gender (Male/Female)Any.
