Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing: Post jobs, use social media (LinkedIn), job boards, and build talent pipelines
  • Screening Interviewing: Review applications, conduct phone/video screenings, assess skills/culture fit.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain communication, provide updates, manage candidate databases (ATS).
  • Offer Onboarding: Extend offers, negotiate, and support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador at job fairs and online.
