Key Responsibilities:
Learn end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.

Hands-on practice with job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).

Write effective job descriptions and post jobs on different platforms.

Work on ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and prepare ATS-friendly resumes.

Conduct mock interviews and gain feedback from industry experts.

Assist in live hiring tasks with clients to gain real exposure.

Learn CRM, Excel & Google Sheets for HR operations and reporting.

Participate in career counseling sessions & mock interviews.
