Job Overview : We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for entry-level and junior roles across Non-IT domains. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth candidate onboarding for client organizations.

Key Responsibilities: 

Source and screen candidates for non-IT roles (freshers & experienced)

Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers

Follow up with candidates for interviews and joining

Support offer rollout and onboarding processes

Ensure timely communication and candidate engagement
