1. End-to-End Recruitment for Field Sales:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their sales talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks, to attract and identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the decision-making process. Conduct reference checks and make recommendations for final selection. 2.
