Job Summary: We are
looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team at our Goregaon
branch. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a
non-IT background, with a strong passion for recruitment. As an HR Recruiter,
you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for
various roles in our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through
various channels (job boards, social media, etc.).

Conduct initial
screenings and shortlisting of candidates based on job requirements.

Schedule and coordinate
interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Maintain and update
recruitment databases and candidate records.

Provide feedback to
candidates and support them through the hiring process.

Ensure a smooth
onboarding process for new hires.

Collaborate with the HR
team and hiring managers to meet recruitment needs.

Skills and
Qualifications:

Experience: Proven
experience in recruitment (non-IT background preferred).

Communication: Strong
verbal and written communication skills.

Organizational Skills:
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Attention to Detail: High
accuracy and attention to detail in the recruitment process.

Problem Solving: Ability
to address recruitment challenges effectively
