Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT/Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract suitable candidates.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews to assess applicants' qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure candidates' smooth onboarding.
