- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews to assess applicants' qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the company culture.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure candidates' smooth onboarding.
