Location: Noida Experience: 0-2 Years Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT/Non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract suitable candidates. Conduct preliminary interviews to assess applicants' qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the company culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure candidates' smooth onboarding. Requirements Required Skills: Excellent written and spoken English. Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional Information: Willingness to relocate to Noida.
