We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and attract high-quality talent, particularly for fast-paced and high-growth environments. This role focuses on effective sourcing, candidate engagement, and seamless coordination with hiring stakeholders.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and publish job postings across multiple job portals and professional platforms to attract relevant candidates.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business and hiring needs.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles across functions.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Extend job offers and support salary discussions and offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and candidate pipeline metrics.
• Build and nurture relationships with colleges, universities, and external talent partners.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition.
