Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment along with basic HR operations . The role involves hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar positions , coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting onboarding and recruitment reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle bulk and lateral hiring for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule line interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
