Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle bulk and lateral hiring for blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule line interviews.
