This role is ideal for an experienced HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple client mandates, working remotely while maintaining high standards of delivery and professionalism. The position demands strong sourcing and headhunting expertise, excellent client coordination, and the ability to consistently close roles with quality talent. You will act as a trusted hiring partner to clients, ensuring speed, accuracy, and a positive candidate experience across all engagements.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from requirement intake to offer closure
- Partner closely with clients to understand hiring needs, role expectations, timelines, and feedback
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and AI-driven sourcing tools
- Conduct active headhunting for niche, mid-senior, and leadership roles
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through structured interviews and evaluations
- Deliver high-quality, relevant candidate profiles aligned with client requirements
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring timely communication and feedback
- Drive offer negotiations and ensure smooth offer rollout and closure
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Track recruitment pipelines, maintain reports, and update hiring trackers regularly
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs consistently
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience at every stage
- Represent the organization with credibility and integrity in all hiring interactions
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven expertise in sourcing, headhunting, and closing roles efficiently
- Strong experience hiring for finance and investment-related roles such as wealth management, financial advisory, asset management, private equity, or investor relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities
- Hands-on experience using modern sourcing tools and AI-based recruitment platforms
- Ability to understand complex role requirements and map talent effectively
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Target-oriented mindset with strong ownership of KPIs and deliverables
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through
- Strong negotiation skills and consistent follow-up discipline
- Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously without compromising quality
