HR Recruiter ( Team Leader )

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter (Team Lead) to manage end-to-end
recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding top
talent. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills,
experience with various hiring platforms, and the ability to coordinate with
hiring managers to fulfill workforce needs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Source
and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

Conduct
interviews and assess candidates' suitability for open positions.

Coordinate
with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Manage
end-to-end recruitment, including offer negotiation and onboarding.

Maintain
candidate databases and recruitment reports.

Manage
a team of atleast 2-3 recruiters

Requirements:

Bachelor’s
degree in HR, Business, or a related field.

Proven
experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/Non-IT hiring.

Strong
interpersonal and communication skills.

Familiarity
with ATS and job boards is a plus.
