Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration , or any related course
  • With at least 6 months–1 year experience in recruitment or HR-related work (fresh graduates may be considered)
  • Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment process
  • Familiar with job portals, social media hiring, and sourcing strategies
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple applicants
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Willing to work on-site and assist in field recruitment if needed
