Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration , or any related course
- With at least 6 months–1 year experience in recruitment or HR-related work (fresh graduates may be considered)
- Knowledgeable in end-to-end recruitment process
- Familiar with job portals, social media hiring, and sourcing strategies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple applicants
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willing to work on-site and assist in field recruitment if needed
