Job Description
- Manage recruitment process, including job advertisements, coordination with recruitment agency.
- Maintain employee personal files and ensure employee records up-to-date.
- Manage and support on-boarding and off-boarding process, including preparing necessary documents such as LOA, confirmation and termination.
- Handle matters related to work pass application, including submission and follow up.
- Perform administrative task to support the team and participate in recruitment events such as career fair.
JobRequirements:
- Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience and preferable in manufacturing sector.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent and able to multi-task
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong ethics and reliability
