Job Description

  • Manage recruitment process, including job advertisements, coordination with recruitment agency.
  • Maintain employee personal files and ensure employee records up-to-date.
  • Manage and support on-boarding and off-boarding process, including preparing necessary documents such as LOA, confirmation and termination.
  • Handle matters related to work pass application, including submission and follow up.
  • Perform administrative task to support the team and participate in recruitment events such as career fair.

JobRequirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any other fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience and preferable in manufacturing sector.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and able to multi-task
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Strong ethics and reliability
