Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with department heads and supervisors to identify current and future staffing needs, ensuring alignment with production schedules and business objectives.
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and community partnerships to source potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, ensuring they meet the specific skill sets required in the manufacturing sector.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of potential candidates for critical and high-turnover positions within the manufacturing facility.


  • Utilize recruitment metrics to analyse hiring trends, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators to improve the recruitment process.
