Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Manager for a fast-growing FMCG Company to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate roles. The role requires strong stakeholder management and high-volume hiring expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for FMCG roles
Develop hiring strategies for bulk & lateral hiring
Manage recruitment budgets & vendor partners
Build strong talent pipelines & employer branding
Coordinate with business heads & leadership
Drive campus, referral & lateral hiring initiatives
Track recruitment metrics & MIS reports
Ensure timely closures & quality of hires
Requirements
FMCG recruitment & bulk hiring experience
Talent acquisition strategy & workforce planning
Stakeholder & vendor management
Interviewing, screening & selection
Recruitment analytics & MIS
ATS experience (Zoho Recruit preferred)
Strong communication & leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA / MSW in HR
Experience in FMCG / Consumer goods industry mandatory

Requirements
Required Skill Sets Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance. Experience in factory HR / plant HR / manufacturing setup. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi preferred for worker-level communication. Qualification: MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR / IR / Labour Welfare. Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing or industrial HR.
