We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Manager for a fast-growing FMCG Company to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across sales, marketing, supply chain, manufacturing, and corporate roles. The role requires strong stakeholder management and high-volume hiring expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for FMCG roles

  • Develop hiring strategies for bulk & lateral hiring

  • Manage recruitment budgets & vendor partners

  • Build strong talent pipelines & employer branding

  • Coordinate with business heads & leadership

  • Drive campus, referral & lateral hiring initiatives

  • Track recruitment metrics & MIS reports

  • Ensure timely closures & quality of hires



Requirements

  • FMCG recruitment & bulk hiring experience

  • Talent acquisition strategy & workforce planning

  • Stakeholder & vendor management

  • Interviewing, screening & selection

  • Recruitment analytics & MIS

  • ATS experience (Zoho Recruit preferred)

  • Strong communication & leadership skills

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • MBA / MSW in HR

    • Experience in FMCG / Consumer goods industry mandatory

    Requirements
    Required Skill Sets Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance. Experience in factory HR / plant HR / manufacturing setup. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi preferred for worker-level communication. Qualification: MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR / IR / Labour Welfare. Experience: 2–5 years in manufacturing or industrial HR.
