Job Description

TheHR Recruitment & OD Supervisor leads end-to-end recruitment and organizational development initiatives to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. This role focuses on data-driven hiring strategies, process improvement, and people development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the recruitment and HR team
  • Lead manpower planning, sourcing, and hiring strategies
  • Manage high-volume and specialized recruitment
  • Develop and improve recruitment pipelines and employer branding
  • UseAI tools and HR tech to enhance sourcing, screening, and analytics
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire)
  • Design and implement OD programs, training, and performance frameworks
  • Create HR reports and dashboards for management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business, or related field
