Overview of the Role:
As part of Incedo’s HRBP, this role will work closely with the Location HRBP & business leaders to drive the talent agenda for key businesses to ensure an “employee first” culture, high engagement levels and differentiated people outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
The scope of work shall include, but is not restricted to:
- Championing the employee experience and acting as a change agent, driving transformation initiatives within the business.
- Providing regular reporting and review of key people metrics to relevant stakeholders, ensuring accountability and action planning.
