Job Summary
As an HR Reporting Specialist, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to HR Reporting, specifically focusing on Oracle HCM solution. Your role encompasses various aspects of project management and reporting deliveries.
Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion within budget and the involvement of all resources needed. Be involved on different HR Project to ensure that data captured and recolted are structured from a reporting purpose.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
