Job Title: HR Representative Italy
Summary:As the HR Representative, you will deliver and oversee day-to-day HR services and processes in alignment with global HR policies and local labor regulations. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and business partners, managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment through offboarding—including internal transfers, disciplinary actions, development plans, and other personnel measures. In this role, you play a critical part in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of HR activities while fostering a supportive and responsive HR environment.
Please note that this role requires on-site presence five days per week, Monday through Friday.
