  • Develop and implement a roadmap for scaling the organization within the Production Department
  • Lead cross-department initiatives with teams from Production and HR, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention for our blue collar employees
  • Create and maintain reports to measure changes in KPIs relating to recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention; examples at the employee level include competency matrices, training duration, and training progress
  • Define and implement the onboarding process at the production centers to enable double-digit growth and ensure rapid integration into the teams
  • Collaborate with our trainers to identify training needs and develop training programs
  • Work with external partners to further improve our success in recruiting and training
