  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Employee Services, HR Operations or Shared Services leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities


  1. Oversee the performance of an Employee Services Delivery Center covering all HR admin and payroll processes.
  2. Promote a zero-payroll-error mindset and champion strong HR data quality.
  3. Collaborate with leaders across Mexico, the Americas and global teams to ensure consistency in end-to-end HR processes and policies.
