Overview

As HR Services Administrator – EULA , you will act as the first point of contact for HR queries across the region, supporting employees and managers in LATAM, while working closely with UK HR Services. This position is recruited locally in Colombia and provides day-to-day HR operational and administrative support to LATAM stakeholders, requiring Spanish and Portuguese as working languages. As the role reports into the UK HR Services team, fluent English is essential for daily collaboration, case management and reporting.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate HR data, compliant processes and a smooth employee lifecycle experience across the region.
