Job Description

The HR Services Coordinator I supports daily HR operations including pre-onboarding, offboarding, HR letter preparation, and purchase requisition processing.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Prepare employment-related letters such as contracts, promotions, and salary changes ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding activities including document collection, verification, and communication with new hires.
  • Liaise with Recruitment, IT, and Facilities teams to ensure readiness for new hires’ first day.
  • Facilitate offboarding by issuing termination documents, coordinating exit formalities, tracking equipment returns, and updating employee records.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for HR services.
  • Track vendor invoices and payment requests, coordinating with Finance or Procurement teams.
