Job Scope:

This job role supports on the day-to-day full spectrum human resources services for the location and acts as the HR business partner to provide excellent human resources services to the corporate office.

  • Understanding and Analysing the Requirements.

  • Posting in portal and other sources of recruitment, compile resumes
  • Application Screening and Preliminary interviews
  • Schedule interview and arrange for other selection criteria with respective Line Managers and HODs
  • Compile the interview assessments. Shortlist the candidate.

  • Prepare offer & Appointment Letters.
  • Joining Formalities;
    Comprehensive Documentation including Police verification & reference check.
