Job Scope:
This job role supports on the day-to-day full spectrum human resources services for the location and acts as the HR business partner to provide excellent human resources services to the corporate office.

Recruitment:
- Understanding and Analysing the Requirements.
- Have the Job Description & job specification. in place
- Posting in portal and other sources of recruitment, compile resumes
- Application Screening and Preliminary interviews
- Schedule interview and arrange for other selection criteria with respective Line Managers and HODs
- Compile the interview assessments. Shortlist the candidate.
Effective On-boarding
- Prepare offer & Appointment Letters.
- Joining Formalities;
