Job Description
As a Reporting & Analytics Specialist-Global HR Services, you will play a critical role in strengthening Goodyear’s HR reporting foundation across the globe. You will support Global HR Services, People Analytics, and HR stakeholders by delivering reliable data, enabling self-service analytics, and ensuring consistent reporting practices. This role also leads key EMEA processes including headcount planning and Sales Incentive Payment calculations helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence across the region.
