Uptown Damansara (Near to Starling Mall)

Your Responsibilities:

  • System Administration
  • Handle incoming requests and provide first call resolution to external/internal customers.
  • Responsible to reply and provide solutions to customers according to the prescribed service standards, actively contributes to the goal of providing accurate services in a friendly manner at first contact.
  • Maintain good relationship with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management
  • Fresh graduate from HR background is welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in Service Desk will be added advantage.
