HR Shared Services Analyst

Mission:
Operates of all transactions with a complete understanding of the HD processes, serving as a key element for the implementation of any HD related initiative, adheres to all company policies, procedures and security standards
**Responsibilities**:
- Advice any collaborator to proceed with any Human Development procedure as of Compensation (Merit and general salary increases), Benefits (birth, death, Scholar aids, cuenta future, maternity, vacation system, etc.), Performance, Talent Acquisition, Learning&Development, ABC processes, etc.
- Prepare kiosk data base and tickets data base to share them to our stakeholders to develop KPIs for analysis and statistics.
- Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
- Provide prompt and accurate customer support in resolution of transactions.
- Appropriately escalate issues to Tier 2, Payroll, IT and other areas of HD
