Leave of Absence Coordinator (Remote- NC/SC)

A large, well-established organization is seeking a Leave of Absence Coordinator to support employees and managers with leave requests and absence-related questions. Key Responsibilities



  • Support administration of Family Medical Leave and other absence programs




  • Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries regarding leave requests




  • Document and update leave information in CRM and leave tracking systems




  • Explain basic leave processes and next steps to employees and managers
