Job Description

This is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for advanced, high-complexity HR Operations support across the entire employee lifecycle. This role serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for escalated cases, HRIS data governance, compliance activities, and cross-functional operational problem-solving. The Associate IV contributes to internal controls, leads complex case resolution, and drives continuous improvement across HR Operations.

Responsibilities

Advanced Employee Support & Case Resolution

  • Resolve escalated and highly complex HR inquiries requiring deep policy, systems, or compliance expertise.

  • Serve as Tier 2/3 support within the HR case management workflow.

  • Coach and support junior associates on resolution quality and best practices.

HRIS & Data Governance

  • Lead advanced HRIS transactions, data audits, and mass data changes.
