HR Solutions Expert I

The HR Solutions Expert l will follow defined processes and work instructions to support the different HR programs, providing excellent customer service, and manage the employees and stakeholder expectations. The HR Solutions Expert will also partner with other teams to provide services or resolve employee issues.

What will you do:

• Efficiently interact with employees and leaders to answer questions and resolve HR inquiries.
• Initiate and adjudicate background check as appropriate, review findings against Asurion standards, make pass/fail determinations.
• Provide hiring & onboarding support including candidate documentation review, creation of workday records, creation of contract documents and delivering the new hires induction.
• Provide leave of absence support including receiving, auditing and processing medical leaves, paid, unpaid, bereavement, maternity and paternity leaves.
