The HR Solutions Expert I will follow defined processes and work instructions to support the different HR programs, providing excellent customer service, and manage the employees and stakeholder expectations. The HR Solutions Expert will also partner with other teams to provide services or resolve employee issues.

• Efficiently interact with employees and leaders to answer questions and resolve HR inquiries.
• Initiate and adjudicate background checks as appropriate, review findings against Asurion standards, make pass/fail determinations.
