Job Title: HR Solutions Services Associate IIV
Experience: 4 to 6 years in US Health & Welfare
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Solutions Services Associate IV with strong exposure to US Health Benefits (HW) plan administration and manual calculations. The role involves managing HW plans, handling client and employee queries, supporting audits, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned US Health & Welfare plans with strong understanding of plan provisions
• Respond to employee and client queries in a timely and effective manner
• Maintain proactive and positive communication with stakeholders
• Support routine and periodic benefit plan audits
• Research plan rules and recommend changes when required
• Resolve issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Quick Solver techniques
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 4-6 years of experience in benefits administration
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with US Health and Welfare plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet SLA timelines
