Job Description

This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting managers across key HR lifecycle and people initiatives. The role requires strong hands-on Workday experience and close collaboration with business and global HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions including workforce planning, hiring approvals and budgeting
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines and selection criteria
  • Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, vendors and direct sourcing
  • Manage assessments, offer rollouts, negotiations and pre-boarding
  •  Ensure seamless onboarding readiness in Workday and coordination with stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent and positive candidate experience aligned with Movado employer brand
  • Act as HR SPOC for supported teams and managers
